A few short weeks ago, Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoka ended his 16 year relationship with Konami. It appears he won’t be filing for unemployment anytime soon however, as Famitsu broke word that he has officially joined on with Suda51’s team at Grasshopper Manufacture. (via 1up)
Those in the know will remember Suda51 is currently in the works alongside Resident Evil mastermind Shinji Mikami to create an as yet unannounced horror title for the Wii, PS3, 360, and PC. With the music of Yamaoka now behind this new venture, it looks like survival horror fans have something to be very very excited about!
